Undyed Corriedale roving, single sheep, Canadian raised and milled, spinning fibre, 100 gram bumps
This Corriedale hails from Crow Hill Corriedales in Ontario, where Shepherd Lesley raises her sheep with softness in mind. The result is a wonderfully velvety fibre, although the staple length is shorter than most Corriedale fleeces. This fibre is produces an incredible woolen spun yarn (I'm spinning some for a sweater) and is great for felting, too!
This fibre does have some VM in it, and I have reflected that in the price. Because Corriedale fibre likes to felt, it is not a good fibre to be vacuum sealed. Please be advised that if you request vacuum sealing, this product is not returnable.
This fibre was processed at Mariposa Fibre Farm in Ontario. A 100% Canadian product!
Sold in 100 gram bumps, undyed.
**CANADIAN PURCHASERS** There is a flat rate of $13 for all fleece and fibre orders, regardless of the number of bumps ordered. For those ordering a single bump, if you'd like to have your fleece shipped vacuum sealed, I will waive the shipping fee, but please know the vacuum sealing may affect the loftiness of your fibre. If this is of interest, please send me a DM to arrange.**
**LOCAL PURCHASERS** Should you wish to pick up your yarn and save the shipping cost, let me know - that can easily be arranged!**
