Undyed Natural Fawn Brown Shetland Llama blend (50/50) roving, spinning fibre, 100 gram bumps
This is one unusual roving! 50% of the fibre came from "Spicy", a light brown llama, and the other 50% came from "Hamish", a Shetland sheep. This fibre has quite a soft hand, but there are guard hairs throughout (likely from the llama), which may make this fibre prickly. I'd recommend it for weaving yarn, for a knitted blanket, or for items like rugs, pillows, or household goods. It should be a fun spin, though!
Both the llama and Shetland fibres came from Vancouver Island flocks.
Sold in 100 gram bumps.
