100% Canadian purebred North Country Cheviot pindrafted roving, per 100 gram bump
If you like spinning for socks, then do check out this Vancouver Island-sourced, BC-processed pindrafted roving! North Country Cheviot sheep are a Down-type breed, known for crisp, strong wool that is resilient and elastic. It also tends to be naturally resistent to felting (note: always test a swatch before washing your handspun and handknit socks in the washing machine!).
This pindrafted roving was processed at That Darn Yarn Shop and Mill in Kamloops, BC, and was sourced from a small breeding farm located in Cedar, BC, on Vancouver Island.
Each bump is individually dyed, making them OOAK!
