These beautiful pinddrafted rovings are from a small, well loved flock of lawnmowing Shetland sheep owned by a friend in my local spinning guild. Their wool was processed on Vancouver Island at a small mill that's no longer in business, but that means that this pindrafted roving has a very small footprint!
The grey roving is softer than the moorit and is a true steel grey. The moorit has lots of variations in shade, although it is more of a "traditional" Shetland wool.
Limited quantities, and 100% Canadian! Sold in 100 gram bumps.
